sir please help me , My Husband fast name is Ramprakas and surname is Ramamoorthy , how he is muslim and should i change his fast name and surname also, can i keep his Ramprakash Ramamoorthy name as a muslim? because his all documents changing is very hard in short time ,

Quote from the Holy Qur'an: Aal-i-Imraan (3:133)

۞ وَسَارِعُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰ مَغْفِرَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَجَنَّةٍ عَرْضُهَا ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتُ وَٱلْأَرْضُ أُعِدَّتْ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ

wa sāri'ū ilā magfiratim mir rabbikum wa jannatin 'arḍuhas-samāwātu wal-arḍu u'iddat lil-muttaqīn

Be quick in the race for forgiveness from your Lord, and for a Garden whose width is that (of the whole) of the heavens and of the earth, prepared for the righteous,-
