The nonproliferation treaty. Israel is not part of The nonproliferation treaty and they don't acknowledge the fact that they have Nuclear weapons. The nonproliferation treaty allowed the international community to do checks on your Nuclear Weapon and Israel is not part of the treaty because they don't want anybody to do checks on them
