Many proofs in the sacred book confirm it was revealed sporadically in successive intervals. In Surah, Al- Furqan Allah replied to the question of the people of mecca who wander why the entire Quran wasn’t revealed once and said it was for strengthening the prophet’s belief.
And those who disbelieve say, “Why was the Qur’an not revealed to him all at once?” Thus [it is] that We may strengthen thereby your heart. (Furqan, 32)
