ng for a job for so many months now praying making Dua asking Allah to bless me with a job and subhanallah I gotta call from an agency that said there’s an opening for a warehouse position . I got hired today and when I went in it was a company that packages and handles alcohol . During my lunch time clock out I explained to them my situation, and they said it was okay for me to leave if I felt uncomfortable. I left that job today , I know I did the right thing but it hurts my soul knowing I could’ve stayed and made an income especially now that I recently got married . I don’t know how to feel honestly I’m just highly sad . But I know the decision I made was correct . Make Dua for me that I’m able to find a job please . I left this haraam for the sake of Islam and for my own sobriety . It just hurts knowing I’m not living with family and have no support other than my girl and as a MAN it makes me feel less cause she’s been the provider and bread winner and all I’ve been doing is staying sober and looking for work , not being able to find nothing . -shurjeel
