An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, a life for a life. How many ribs did God take from Adam? One. How many wives did God give Adam? One. He applied to man this simple law. A one to one based upon love. Any teaching that suggests different must be a lie. The deceiver you will give you just enough truth to be convincing. and I ask you to show me love in return by your care of My gifts to you. Look upon the face of each other and see Me. Break the law of God and death of your earthy body begins. Your soul is eternal. He gave us eternal life. Right? So if you die in your body your soul can't be with God. In God's Eye you are dead. Only HE can make necessary sacrifice. He sacrifices animals to clothe us, showing the way back to Him, a covering of sin. He knows that the only way back is through Him. No matter how much you love and want God you just can't be good enough. No matter how much you try. One to one. One sin will always be a death sentence. Always. You must have something to hand God in exchange for your sin. A life lived according to His law. One such a life exists. Look for it in the Bible.
