  2. Sometimes the situation requires yo to be offensive for the best defence. It is not turn the other cheek when attacked. Lastly if you do not defend your rights, you will not have any!

  3. Definitely need to learn self defence. Even basic striking or grappling. Bjj for example you don't need to be a black belt. Even a year of doing it is enough but learn some self defence
