  2. Assalamu Alaikum respected Dr. Zakir Naik,

I hope you are doing well. Alhamdulillah, I am a Muslim. I have a couple of questions regarding Islamic rulings:

Regarding transactions and agreements among people: Is everything permissible if all parties agree? For example, if I buy all the grapes in the market and people are forced to buy only from me, and I set any price I want, and they agree to it, is this allowed in Islam? Does the same ruling apply to land, shops, and other properties?
I work as a contractor repairing houses. During the winter months, work is scarce, and sometimes I have to obtain projects from subcontractors. The subcontractor negotiates a higher price with the homeowner and then gives me the project at half that amount, knowing that it is difficult for me to find other work at that time. Is this permissible in Islam? For example, if the subcontractor agreed on a project for $10,000, how much of that is rightfully mine according to Islamic principles?

Your detailed guidance on these matters would be greatly appreciated, and if possible, a video explanation would be very helpful for many people.

May Allah reward you for your guidance.
