Ask Allah for BIG THINGS.

Asking is not a problem, getting it is the problem. I want the atrocities on the people of Palestine to end and those agressor, oppressor and transgressor Is Raeli to be punished and I know it will happen but we have to be patient, similarly I want to be billionaire and it may or may not happen depending on what Allah has written for me, what's best for me, it may not be best for me and Allah would rather give me a befitting and unimaginable better return in akhira and so on.
While it's good that people should ask Allah, and make dua, but making dua for worldly benefits seems counter productive, Allah has written for us our provision and we as muslims are happy with what he has bestowed us with, good health and mind, and we should ask Allah with words taught by Allah in Qur'an and via Prophet Muhammad S.A.W -1. Rabbana aatina fiddunya hasanataw wa fil akhirati hasanataw waqina azaabannar.
2. Allahumma inni as-aluka ilman nafiya, wa Rizqan tayyiba, wa amalan mutaqabbala
3. Rabbig firli wali waali daiyya wal mu'minuna yauma ya kumul hisab
And so on.

I don't think asking for big banglow and big car and so on aligns with what our faith teaches that this world is temporary and not to get attached with it too much, yes strive to be the best version of yourself, earn the best to your potential by the grace of Allah and spend from it, some in charity and some in your own wants and requirements and always be thankful to Allah, and understand good or bad it's from Allah and for our best.
I think it's a long topic and not as simple as just asking because a lot is attached to asking.
