I have small children, including a baby, some with needs that need extra attention. I am alone with my children most of the day. My husband is either working or tired, and the only time I have alone time is late at night 🌙 while they are sleeping.
Well, by that time, I'm too exhausted to do something for myself, such as working out or planning a healthier lifestyle. I do make poor choices due to stress and anxiety, and I have a hard time maintaining good choices. I'm really struggling with this, and I feel my health declining rapidly 😢
