Importance and benifits of Salah

Nafal Prayers:

In Islam, a nafal prayer is an optional Muslim Salah . As with Sunnah prayer, they are not considered compulsory but are thought to confer extra benefit on the person performing them.

Abu Hureyrah narrated that Muhammad said to Bilal

Tell me about the maximum hopeful act (i.e. one which you deem the most worthwhile with Allah) you have done since your acceptance of Islam because I heard the sound of the steps of your foot in front of me in paradise.

— Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim

After completion of the wudhu, a prayer (Salah) of two rakats is full of blessings (sawāb).

Salah the key to Jannah:

Our Beloved Nabi ﷺ said,

“The Key to paradise (Jannah) is Salah”

The following ayah in the surah then says,

“Except those who repent and believe (in the Oneness of Allah and His Messenger Muhammad SAW), and work righteousness. Such will enter Paradise and they will not be wronged in aught

Punishment for Missing Salah:

 Surah Maryam Verse 59

In Quran Allah almighty Says,

“Indeed, my prayer, my rites of sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allah, Lord of the worlds.( 6:162)

As you complete the takbir (ALLAHU AKBAR), regard small all creatures in relation to the greatness of Allah (SWT). Examine your heart during the Prayer. If you tasted the sweetness of the Prayer, and if in your soul you felt pleased by it, and your heart enjoyed the supplication to Allah (SWT) and conversing with Him, put that Allah (SWT) has approved your takbirs. Otherwise, without feeling pleasure in supplication, and being deprived of tasting the sweetness of worship, you should know that Allah (SWT) has denied you and dismissed you from His Threshold Let us hold fast to the 5 times salaah and also offer as many optional salaah as possible too
