How to Love Allah and Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) more than Oneself and become a True Momin? – Dr Zakir

I am an 11 year old boy and idk but I try to love allah and prophet muhammad more than myself and my mom and dad but I just can't
I try so hard to love them more than everything but it's just so hard to love them more than parents for me IDK how I can love them is it because I am too young or is it because my imaan is weak? Pls help me jazakallah

I can understand loving Allah, more than anyone, but Muhammad(pbuh) ?? I don't get that part at all, love him, admire him YES! but he himself said he is just a man

I kinda have some mental issue where i cant feel love like i felt once upon a time before. Coz having constant depression somehow in my heart after loss to many of my love one

So i said to my self:

So if i cant love using my heart.
Just love using knowledge and intellect

So i start to search on youtube about his.

All i can do is just follow the guidances, and pray Allah to open My Heart to love prophet Muhammad SAW.

Assalam u alaikum. Beautiful dua for Allah's love: In a beautiful hadith reported in Sunan al-Tirmidhī, the Prophet ﷺ said, "The Prophet Dawūd would make this du'a: O Allah! I ask you for your Divine Love, and the love of those who love You, and the deeds that will draw me to Your Love! O Allah! Make [my desire] for your Love more beloved to me than myself, and my family, and cold water!"
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " كَانَ مِنْ دُعَاءِ دَاوُدَ يَقُولُ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ حُبَّكَ، وَحُبَّ مَنْ يُحِبُّكَ، وَالعَمَلَ الَّذِي يُبَلِّغُنِي حُبَّكَ، اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ حُبَّكَ أَحَبَّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ نَفْسِي وَأَهْلِي، وَمِنَ المَاءِ البَارِدِ "

You made me at peace, thank you so much, because I was afraid I wasn't loving Allah and the prophet may the peace be upon him as much as I should, but with your examples I realised that I'm doing ok, thank you so much

Jahannam forever

Be smart to contemplate:

300 friends on whatsapp.

80 on the phone

50 friends in the neighbourhood.

In times of need 1 Friend

Funeral, family only

In the grave, alone

don't be surprised this is life.

Verily only your salat will benefit you.

If you find dust on your Mushaf.

Weep for yourself

For whoever stopped reading Qur'an

For 3 days

Is called quitter

NB: You are not forced to share.

But as Allah SWT says:

Remind, for reminder benefits the believers

Strange world:

Janazah after janazah as storms. Death after death

So and so died in car crash. Others from disease

Others walking and fell dead

All of them left life behind

And we buried them

Surely my day and your day will come.

You who delay tawbah for you are young.

Sorry it's not written on the graveyard FOR THE OLD ONLY

Life is only 3 days long:

Yesterday – Lived and never comes back

Today – We live and wont last

Tomorrow – we don't know where we will be.

So greet. Forgive and be charitable

For me, you and them will all leave…

Oh Allah we ask you a good ending. Grant us jannah. Protect us from jahannam. Ameen

Brother/sister, if you grow up doing something you will die doing it and if you die doing something you will be resurrected doing it.
