I'm seriously distracted from the preparation of Ramadan.everytime I trying to do something I feel upset lazy worried about my situation

Jazakum Allah Khair, the prophet's companions used to use this month to prepare for Ramadan by fasting and reading/studying the Qura'an and doing more good deeds. Always remember, just start and Allah will make it easy for you In Shaa Allah.

The nose is not touching the ground of the one who is doing sujood in the video. That sujood is not correct. The 7 bones must touch the ground when doing sujood, which includes nose.
