When the heart of a blind man can see what wicked men with eyes cannot see it is by divine providence. Allah loves that man dearly and will give eternal blessings to him for his love and courage just as Job suffered and did not leave Allah so too his faithful servant . But what spirit caused Job's suffering? it was the rebellious spirit angel they call Satan who caused both to suffer and all Palestinians and oppressed war victims also.
