All the Devils are Chained during the month of Ramadhaan – Dr Zakir Naik
“Ramadhaan is the month in which the gates of heaven, they are opened and the gates of hell, they are closed and the devils, they are chained”So when the devils are chained there are less chances that you can be distracted and the are more chances that you can go on the straight path. There is less temptation from, the devil. That’s the reason it is the best time in the full year for a person to do Islaah and for a person to improve himself, both. This is the time where he can be least tempted by the devil and since the gates of heaven are open, it’s inviting you to towards the good and the gates of hell are closed so it is taking you away from the evil and the sin. And this Hadith is again repeated in Sunan Nasai in the Book of Fasting Hadith no. 2106 that
“In the month of Ramadhaan the gates of heaven are open, the gates of hell are closed and the devils are chained”

The devils are chained but he leaves his habit behind, this also happened to me if you chenge the way you used to be then then shaytaan will not bother you, if you fast correctly everything will be fine.
The devil only tempts you but you’re the one who does it, You can tempt yourself as well even if the devil is locked up.

yes, when you are in A *Curing* Period Of Time . . . you chain all the devils, by yourself, by spiritual way . . . because you do some sacrifices, and you get stronger against "materialistic" devils (viruses, lack of health) and also of spiritual devils (if you stay too much closed in your home, you don't have enough oxygen, and the thyroid gland, which acts on nervous system also, not just on metabolism, needs oxygen for a normal metabolism, and makes you sad & anxious if you don't have it)
