Are there verses that encourage people to use the calendar Qamariah?
Alquran provides the things that is logically consistent with fair consideration and thought, this is called on various verses in between the other at 3/60. Alquran contains basic information for all the problems, stated in ayaah 16/89, only humans are also not really able to take and put all the explanations. Regarding Calendar spontaneously Alquran give advice as intended below:
إِنَّ عِدَّةَ ٱلشُّہُورِ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ٱثۡنَا عَشَرَ شَہۡرً۬ا فِى ڪِتَـٰبِ ٱللَّهِ يَوۡمَ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٲتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ مِنۡہَآ أَرۡبَعَةٌ حُرُمٌ۬ۚ ذَٲلِكَ ٱلدِّينُ ٱلۡقَيِّمُۚ فَلَا تَظۡلِمُواْ فِيہِنَّ أَنفُسَڪُمۡۚ وَقَـٰتِلُواْ ٱلۡمُشۡرِڪِينَ كَآفَّةً۬ ڪَمَا يُقَـٰتِلُونَكُمۡ ڪَآفَّةً۬ۚ وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ 9/36. That the number of the months with God is twelve months in Allah’s decree on the day (solarsystem) that HE created the planets and the Earth. Than in those months there are FOUR months of Honor. That religion is strong, so do not interfere with you in those months, and fight the polytheists all as they fight you all, and know that Allah is with those who are aware.
إِنَّمَا ٱلنَّسِىٓءُ زِيَادَةٌ۬ فِى ٱلۡڪُفۡرِۖ يُضَلُّ بِهِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ يُحِلُّونَهُ ۥ عَامً۬ا وَيُحَرِّمُونَهُ ۥ عَامً۬ا لِّيُوَاطِـُٔواْ عِدَّةَ مَا حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ فَيُحِلُّواْ مَا حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُۚ زُيِّنَ لَهُمۡ سُوٓءُ أَعۡمَـٰلِهِمۡۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهۡدِى ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلۡڪَـٰفِرِينَ 9/37. That the reduction (of the Gregorian Calendar) was added to the insult, misled with unbelievers that justifies a season and forbid in other seasons so that they get the numbers which ALLAH forbid, then the Allowing them what Allah forbade. Awarded for their crimes their deeds, and Allah guides not the disbelieving folk.
هُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ الشَّمْسَ ضِيَاء وَالْقَمَرَ نُوراً وَقَدَّرَهُ مَنَازِلَ لِتَعْلَمُواْ عَدَدَ السِّنِينَ وَالْحِسَابَ مَا خَلَقَ اللّهُ ذَلِكَ إِلاَّ بِالْحَقِّ يُفَصِّلُ الآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ 10/5. HE makes the sun in light and the Moon shines, and HE set Moon was the place down (orbit) so that you know the number of years and calculation. It is not ALLAH create such thing except with logical. HE explained that sign for people who have knowledge.
إِنَّ فِي اخْتِلاَفِ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ وَمَا خَلَقَ اللّهُ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ لآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَّقُونَ 10/6. That at the turn of night and day, and what ALLAH created on the planets and in the Earth become a sign for people who realize.
These verses above clearly explains that the existing calendar and that should be used across all areas of life in this solar system is Qamariah Calendar on Earth. Change of seasons become shorter time, and if people also use the calendar season in Jupiter for example, then one year there is eleven years on Earth. Moreover, if on Saturn that one season is 29 years on Earth. Qamariah calendar on Earth may be more a benefit, especially when inter-planetary flights have taken place. The only planet that has ONE MONTH is only on Earth, that’s way the calendar Qamariah on Earth therefore used for our own Solarsystem. Soon the relationship between the planet’s realization as the reality of the intention Ayaah 10/6 and in accordance with Ayaah 65/12, so let people familiarize themselves with the intention of Ayaah 9/36 above.
Although such a season calendar is expressly forbidden by ALLAH, but until now it still applies among people who claim to be Muslim, even though they are not in the new moons at the HILAL and not doing new years at the Perihelion. Often they are in the new moon when the Moon in the sky looks full Moon or has begun to shrink and in the Qur’an, it is said to ENTER THE HOUSE FROM BACK.

Islamic New Year is BETTER than Gregorian New Year Because: 1Muharram Starts Its Orbit from the Hilal in the Sky and Earth’s Position to the Sun at the Closest Distance (Perihelion)
With Proof of Calculation: If calculated according to the Hijrah year or Lunar Year, it turns out that the Earth starts its orbit from the perihelion point on the 1st of Muharram, then moves 345 degrees around the Sun, which is 15º before reaching a full 360º circle. After 24 years, the Earth is back at its starting position, which is 360º – 345º equals 15º x 24 years = 360º. At that time every star in the sky was back at a certain position along with its position at a certain time 24 years ago, and the Earth was also back at the perihelion point where its orbit began.
While the New Year AD:
January 1st does NOT start with the new moon, nor does it start when the Earth is closest to the Sun With Proof of Calculation as Follows: So according to the seasonal year or Solar Year, the Earth moves around the Sun as far as 355º12′, namely 4º48′ before reaching the full circle point, up to 360º – 355º12″ = 4º48′ if multiplied by 75 season years it becomes 360º then Earth is in first position as the beginning of the year .
At that time the stars in the sky may be back at a certain position at the same time as 75 years ago, because the Earth itself is not at the perihelion point of its original orbit.
