CAN A PERSON GIVE THE QURAN TO A NON MUSLIM? BY DR ZAKIR NAIK

What if a non muslim who I feel that her heart could be soften wants to gift Bible and asks for Quran to be gifted with translation?

Salam dear dr.zn how you give Quran in Arabic along with translation we need to respect the Holly Quran like Muslims do ablution if a Muslim is impure he or she takes a bath like Muslims that our prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h taught us how how to do ablution or how to take bath it means without taking bath like Muslims or ablution you can't recite the Holly book if some one impure he never even touch the Holly book these are the terms so my point is that non Muslim are impure they doesn't know how to do ablution or take bath like Muslims.
If someone wanna give them only translation of Holly Quran not along with Arabic language.
